We stand behind wholesale quality with a structured RMA process for defective units received in original packaging within the agreed warranty window.
Process
- Contact your account manager with order ID, photos/video, and serial number.
- Receive RMA authorization and return instructions.
- Inspection within 5–7 business days after warehouse receipt.
- Repair, replacement, or credit per agreement terms.
Non-eligible
Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear is not covered.
